In 1993, Mr. Jack Itou performed his culinary skills on the Japanese Fuji Television network with “Iron Chef” Mr. Chin Kenichi from the world renowned Japanese TV cooking show – Iron Chef which is now broadcasting on Channel SBS weekly.

Since 1990, Jack Itou’s culinary abilities have also been praised by many popular cooking books and magazines in Japan. Throughout his career, he has received positive comments and appreciations from his chef counterparts in the business.
